Legislation Work - Involved in Licensing Rules & Regs for the Manufactured Housing Industry. Represented the MHBAM at the licensing board.
Created the Bath Regional Vocational Center Program. My proudest achievement! Still running today. Students build a complete home each year which is then moved to a location off site to provide a home for a family in need. I created a model of this program that can be used by vocation schools anywhere.
Organized, volunteered, general contracted several "24 hour" homes for needy families. Sponsored through the home builders associations.
